Дом просторный, уютный, чистый, пляж буквально в 15 секундах ходьбы от дома, пляж не для купания, но он подходит для посиделок на закате или прогулок. Заселение прошло быстро, персонал очень отзывчивый, по всем вопросам сразу же отвечают. В общем, рекомендую эту виллу для проживания☺️

This did cost us hefty extra daily fees on our personal phone plans that we hadn’t accounted for. The safe key was missing and after asking for assistance still unaccounted for, therefore we couldn’t secure our valuables. Please also note that while mentioned in the ad and before confirming that the property is located up a steep incline, we found that the incline was so steep and extensive that many drivers refused to drive to the property, and moped scooters were too dangerous to navigate the terrain. Our only option was to trek from the bottom most days. Please take this into account - we honestly wouldn’t even recommend having young children here as parts of the stairs have no guard railings either

Pool and jacuzzi are just great addition to this stunning place.On the slightly negative side, location of the villa is not very accessible. If you are not on the bike, you have to get 4x4 car and be very very skilled driver to navigate and turn around on the extreme inclines. There is no proper turn around spot near the villa and it can get very tricky to get out of it.

My messages about it were read but ignored until check-out. No cleaning was provided during the week. At check-out, the host delayed returning the deposit, only doing so after my complaints. Although the house is near the beach, the water is dirty due to nearby ports, and the beach itself is too unclean for swimming or sunbathing. The place has potential but needs better communication, transparency, and maintenance.

Only feedback is there weren’t sufficient supplies like candles, flashlights and drinking water stored in the house in case of a power outage. Also note that power usage costs were charged on checkout separately to overall airbnb fees, as well as a deposit (returned to us) on check in which we needed cash for. These charges were not expensive but unexpected.Location is beautiful but definitely need to rely on transport like renting a scooter, car or catching a grab to get around as main roads nearby do not have sidewalks. Usually we would walk to the nearest main road then get a car, or order a grab scooter to pick us up from the top of the hill. Overall we had a great time on the island and at the villa, thank you!

I would recommend this to anyone, and if I come back to Samui, I would not stay anywhere else.Only tip I’ll give, and this isn’t a slight on the house or host. We left the air con running while we were out, didn’t really think much of it. But then had a huge electric bill of £55 for 4 days. Our own fault, and understand power is expensive. So if you do stay, just be power conscious and have the air on off when not there. Really loved this house so much, so happy we booked it

Die Unterkunft war... read more leider nicht ganz so gut geputzt worden, wie wir uns es gewünscht hätten und aufgrund des tollen Ausblicks war die Villa natürlich nur mit einem speziellen Taxi gut erreichbar, da die Anfahrt sehr steil ist. Zudem war uns nicht bewusst, dass das Bad bei zwei Schlafzimmern eine offene Seite ins Freien hatte, wodurch Hitze und Tiere im Badezimmer nicht zu vermeiden waren.Alex war ein toller Gastgeber und super freundlich. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und einen flexiblen Check in und Check out für uns ermöglicht. Er hat uns zudem ein Taxiservice und Lieferdienste empfohlen, welche die Villa gut erreichen.

There was mouse poop under the beds, the sheets were stained, the mirrors dirty. The bathroom amenities weren't stocked in every bathroom. Only one had both shampoo and shower gel filled. We had to sign a contract with a bunch of rules, which said that we had to clean the house, take off the bedding, fold them and the towels, throw out the trash and empty the fridge. I understand about the trash but the bedding seemed like too much to ask. For the price we paid, they should have provided some kind of service, but we got chores instead.

The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. Overall, such a great stay and would recommend.
