  Super logement, magnifique vue sur la mer

  Alexandre greeted us very warmly and quickly showed us the house. We didn’t miss anything. The house is worth the price and the view is amazing.

  All around excellent stay. Easy check-in, Alex was extremely responsive whenever needed, phenomenal location, extremely clean, and a completely surreal view.

The amenities are great too, didn’t have to ask for anything and all is good quality within the house. Alex was excellent in sorting the hire car out for me. Very helpful throughout. I would recommend this to anyone, and if I come back to Samui, I would not stay anywhere else.Only tip I’ll give, and this isn’t a slight on the house or host. We left the air con running while we were out, didn’t really think much of it. But then had a huge electric bill of £55 for 4 days. Our own fault, and understand power is expensive. So if you do stay, just be power conscious and have the air on off when not there. Really loved this house so much, so happy we booked it

Would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us!

  Easy location about 2 km from Fisherman’s Village, which felt private. The AC worked well in each room (though you’re charged for overall electricity-common on Koh Samui). The house attendant… read more was responsive. It is down a narrow road, which was tricky for cars to locate when needing a Grab. As there were no toiletries in any of the bathrooms (or kitchen soap for washing dishes), we had to buy our own. The pool was nice and clean.

There was mouse poop under the beds, the sheets were stained, the mirrors dirty. The bathroom amenities weren’t stocked in every bathroom. Only one had both shampoo and shower gel filled. We had to sign a contract with a bunch of rules, which said that we had to clean the house, take off the bedding, fold them and the towels, throw out the trash and empty the fridge. I understand about the trash but the bedding seemed like too much to ask. For the price we paid, they should have provided some kind of service, but we got chores instead.

There’s a cheap and delicious local Thai restaurant within the alleyway with friendly staff (Walking distance). The villa is perfect for gatherings due to the amount of space and furniture provided.Larger cars may struggle to park inside the villa garage but there is a big piece of land to park at near the villa.
