The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. It might sometimes require a hike to get to the house so if you can drive or ride a motorcycle that will be good because except for the taxi driver that works for S&P Ayanna villa other taxi men will not want to come up there haha. We left the air con running while we were out, didn’t really think much of it. But then had a huge electric bill of £55 for 4 days. Our own fault, and understand power is expensive.
