  Absolutely stunning villa. You get million dollar view from it on the bay and the ocean. Villa is very spacious and has all of the amenities. You can even get... read more lost in it, that’s how big it is. Pool and jacuzzi are just great addition to this stunning place.On the slightly negative side, location of the villa is not very accessible. If you are not on the bike, you have to get 4x4 car and be very very skilled driver to navigate and turn around on the extreme inclines. There is no proper turn around spot near the villa and it can get very tricky to get out of it.

This may have been the cause of some unclean... read more bedding. Please note, we were told on arrival that there would be no wifi available. This did cost us hefty extra daily fees on our personal phone plans that we hadn’t accounted for. The safe key was missing and after asking for assistance still unaccounted for, therefore we couldn’t secure our valuables. Please also note that while mentioned in the ad and before confirming that the property is located up a steep incline, we found that the incline was so steep and extensive that many drivers refused to drive to the property, and moped scooters were too dangerous to navigate the terrain. Our only option was to trek from the bottom most days. Please take this into account - we honestly wouldn’t even recommend having young children here as parts of the stairs have no guard railings either

Allgemein hätte ich mir für den Preis eine besser ausgestattetes Badezimmer gewünscht - unser Handtuchhalter lag kaputt in der Lade. Der Klodeckel war gesprungen und entsprechend abgenutzt. Auch Reste von Zahnpasta von den Vorgängern war noch zu sehen. Leider hatte auch unser Bettlaken massive Flecken, weshalb wir die Bettwäsche nochmal selbst umgezogen haben. Was mir - bis vor der Anreise - nicht bewusst war, dass wir Strom noch extra zu zahlen hatten - waren zwar nur 52€ aber für 5 Tage doch sehr saftig.

The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. Overall, such a great stay and would recommend.

Wir wurden super von Alexandre und seinem Team betreut! Besonders John war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Samui gegeben!Leider war jedoch das freischwebende Netz gerade nicht begehbar und die Unterkunft ist sehr hoch auf einem Berg gelegen. Wir sind keine erfahrenen Fahrer und haben uns deshalb nicht getraut, selbst mit einem Roller oder Auto den Hügel zu fahren. Darum sind wir regelmäßig mit Fahrdiensten gefahren. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus und absolut empfehlenswert!

I would recommend this to anyone, and if I come back to Samui, I would not stay anywhere else.Only tip I’ll give, and this isn’t a slight on the house or host. We left the air con running while we were out, didn’t really think much of it. But then had a huge electric bill of £55 for 4 days. Our own fault, and understand power is expensive. So if you do stay, just be power conscious and have the air on off when not there. Really loved this house so much, so happy we booked it
