It might sometimes require a hike to get to the house so if you can drive or ride a motorcycle that will be good because except for the taxi driver that works for S&P Ayanna villa other taxi men will not want to come up there haha. But anyway this stay was part of why my stay in Koh Samui was a great experience. I will definitely choose it again 👍

My messages about it were read but ignored until check-out. No cleaning was provided during the week. At check-out, the host delayed returning the deposit, only doing so after my complaints. Although the house is near the beach, the water is dirty due to nearby ports, and the beach itself is too unclean for swimming or sunbathing. The place has potential but needs better communication, transparency, and maintenance.

Only feedback is there weren’t sufficient supplies like candles, flashlights and drinking water stored in the house in case of a power outage. Also note that power usage costs were charged on checkout separately to overall airbnb fees, as well as a deposit (returned to us) on check in which we needed cash for. These charges were not expensive but unexpected.Location is beautiful but definitely need to rely on transport like renting a scooter, car or catching a grab to get around as main roads nearby do not have sidewalks. Usually we would walk to the nearest main road then get a car, or order a grab scooter to pick us up from the top of the hill. Overall we had a great time on the island and at the villa, thank you!

We wanted to rent a bike and the host was brilliant... read more at recommending a company to hire from, only small issue was the listing advertised a washing machine but after arriving we discovered there was not one, but this was only a small problem as the host was able to reccomend a local laundromat. we enjoyed our stay so much we booked another 2 days! Besonders John war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Samui gegeben!Leider war jedoch das freischwebende Netz gerade nicht begehbar und die Unterkunft ist sehr hoch auf einem Berg gelegen. Wir sind keine erfahrenen Fahrer und haben uns deshalb nicht getraut, selbst mit einem Roller oder Auto den Hügel zu fahren. Darum sind wir regelmäßig mit Fahrdiensten gefahren. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus und absolut empfehlenswert!
