  All around excellent stay. Easy check-in, Alex was extremely responsive whenever needed, phenomenal location, extremely clean, and a completely surreal view.

  Locatie was prima voor ons voordat we naar de luchthaven gingen. Levendige omgeving met restaurants en winkeltjes in de omgeving. Ook een beachclub p 50 meter afstand. Wel een hard bed!

Watching the sunset over the pool while planes flew past was absolutely serene.If I had to nitpick, there was a mild smell in the main bedroom’s bathroom at night, and some privacy concerns since the bathroom faces the ocean without blinds — adding those would make it perfect.Overall, an amazing experience with wonderful hosts — would definitely recommend Villa Ayana for a peaceful and picturesque stay in Koh Samui.

  Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen und macht einen authentischen Eindruck. Das Nötigste ist zufinden, wichtig ist nur, dass man einen guten Roller (empfehle alleine mind. 150cc, zu zweit 300cc) oder... read more einen 4x4 hat, da die Strasse effektiv sehr steil ist und man mit normalen Transportmitteln schlecht dort hoch kommt. So klappt es locker und einwandfrei. Die Villa finden wir sehr sauber und es ist eine Wohnung am Hang. Daher, Treppenlaufen gehört dazu und ein offenener Bereich draussen kann Insekten / Tiere anziehen. Aber das ist Thailand, auch hier findet man lockere Lösungen.

  It was absolutely beautiful villa, just as in pictures. All the furnitures and fixtures were top class, way better than "just the minimum".Communication with Alexander's team was prompt and small... read more things that we told them, were fixed really fast.we had a car and it was really nice to get it under the roof of the car park and it to be safe. Would recommend having a car or a motorbike. Villa was few kilometres away from the main road and it was busy narrow road with even trucks driving it so that didnt look safe in our opinion.as a whole, 5/5 !!! thank you.
