Wir hatten einen Fahrer (Empfehlung von dem Gastgeber Alex) und er fuhr uns täglich überall hin für einen guten Preis. Sehr empfehlenswert!Die Kommunikation mit Alex war ebenfalls super einfach und angenehm! Wir hatten einfach einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt!Danke dafür.

  非常棒的海景别墅、270度的海景，让人感觉住进了海里。被海包裹的感觉，开心且惬意别墅的设施很不错。无边泳池、冲浪池、烧烤架一应俱全，床上用品也非常干净。Alex和Joy非常热情。乐于解决我们在别墅中遇到的各种问题，响应非常迅速。Alex还在我们check out时帮我们提行李（2个很重的箱子），对此我非常感谢。唯一的小缺憾是到别墅的上路过于陡峭，grab上的司机不愿意开上来。我们很幸运的认识了周围的一个邻居，他带我们去山下的各个景点和餐馆，仅收我们非常低的价格。如果足够勇敢，租大排量的摩托车将会是非常好的选择

  Мы прожили в Villa Dusk неделю, и нам очень понравилась эта вилла. Дом просторный, уютный, чистый, пляж буквально в 15 секундах ходьбы от дома, пляж не для купания, но он подходит для посиделок на закате или прогулок. Заселение прошло быстро, персонал очень отзывчивый, по всем вопросам сразу же отвечают. В общем, рекомендую эту виллу для проживания☺️

When we arrived a dog welcomed us and stayed with us almost the whole time. For us he was more than welcome but I could understand without any information of it, that someone would be not okay with it. After all we had a great stay and I will recommend this Villa to anyone who wants to explore Koh Samui ♥️

There’s a cheap and delicious local Thai restaurant within the alleyway with friendly staff (Walking distance). The villa is perfect for gatherings due to the amount of space and furniture provided.Larger cars may struggle to park inside the villa garage but there is a big piece of land to park at near the villa.

The view is stunning! Unblocked view, very private. The villa is very clean, very spacious! My little one had so much space to run and play safely in the villa. Extremely worth the money paid. We really love the pool. It’s like an infinity pool with such a stunning view. The pool water is surprisingly not cold at night & the lights are auto switched on. Maybe there’s a water heater too? I’m not sure but we swam every night, it was really fun. We had a driver most days so going to the main area was easy. There are no shops nearby as the villa is on the hill but it’s so easy to just order food/ etc through grab.100% recommend!!!!!!

  The house may look stunning in pictures, but staying here was a nightmare. Our first night, electricity and water in the main house went out at 3 AM, and this... read more happened every single night after. The host and house help never answered our calls. We were told it was due to government shutoffs, but there was no bad weather, and strangely only the main house was affected while other areas worked fine. To make things worse, we were charged daily for electricity we never got, told we left the house “dirty” despite a free cleaning being included, and on checkout the house help arrived late with our airport ride so we couldn’t argue for our deposit. Thankfully Airbnb support helped refund part of our money, but this was by far the worst Airbnb we’ve ever booked. Avoid this property if you want peace of mind.In terms of location the house is also situated in a steep hill but grab was still more convenient than we thought. And there are lizards and frogs everywhere, if that’s a concern.

Quelques soucis et besoin d’amélioration dans la maison,... read more nous avions une chambre totalement hors service (problème de climatisation qui n’aura pas été réglé à temps), problème de toilettes également dans une des chambres. Coupure d’électricité également le dernier soir, il aura fallu uniquement remonter le disjoncteur. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt correct et le rapport qualité/prix également.

Das Nötigste ist zufinden, wichtig ist nur, dass man einen guten Roller (empfehle alleine mind. 150cc, zu zweit 300cc) oder... read more einen 4x4 hat, da die Strasse effektiv sehr steil ist und man mit normalen Transportmitteln schlecht dort hoch kommt. So klappt es locker und einwandfrei. Die Villa finden wir sehr sauber und es ist eine Wohnung am Hang. Daher, Treppenlaufen gehört dazu und ein offenener Bereich draussen kann Insekten / Tiere anziehen. Aber das ist Thailand, auch hier findet man lockere Lösungen.

The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. Overall, such a great stay and would recommend.

Ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und freuen uns bereits, hoffentlich bald wieder kommen zu dürfen.
