Besonders John war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Samui gegeben!Leider war jedoch das freischwebende Netz gerade nicht begehbar und die Unterkunft ist sehr hoch auf einem Berg gelegen. Wir sind keine erfahrenen Fahrer und haben uns deshalb nicht getraut, selbst mit einem Roller oder Auto den Hügel zu fahren. Darum sind wir regelmäßig mit Fahrdiensten gefahren. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus und absolut empfehlenswert!

There was mouse poop under the beds, the sheets were stained, the mirrors dirty. The bathroom amenities weren't stocked in every bathroom. Only one had both shampoo and shower gel filled. We had to sign a contract with a bunch of rules, which said that we had to clean the house, take off the bedding, fold them and the towels, throw out the trash and empty the fridge. I understand about the trash but the bedding seemed like too much to ask. For the price we paid, they should have provided some kind of service, but we got chores instead.

The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. There’s a cheap and delicious local Thai restaurant within the alleyway with friendly staff (Walking distance). The villa is perfect for gatherings due to the amount of space and furniture provided.Larger cars may struggle to park inside the villa garage but there is a big piece of land to park at near the villa.

Kommunikation mit Alex war sehr gut... read more und aufgrund des schlechten Wetters sind wir einen Tag früher abgereist. Alex hat uns die eine Nacht dann wieder gutgeschrieben. Danke dafür! Allgemein hätte ich mir für den Preis eine besser ausgestattetes Badezimmer gewünscht - unser Handtuchhalter lag kaputt in der Lade. Der Klodeckel war gesprungen und entsprechend abgenutzt. Auch Reste von Zahnpasta von den Vorgängern war noch zu sehen. Leider hatte auch unser Bettlaken massive Flecken, weshalb wir die Bettwäsche nochmal selbst umgezogen haben. Was mir - bis vor der Anreise - nicht bewusst war, dass wir Strom noch extra zu zahlen hatten - waren zwar nur 52€ aber für 5 Tage doch sehr saftig.

For us he was more than welcome but I could understand without any information of it, that someone would be not okay with it. After all we had a great stay and I will recommend this Villa to anyone who wants to explore Koh Samui ♥️
