Alexandre and... read more his team were so responsive and helpful, and we were very well taken care of during our stay. The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. Overall, such a great stay and would recommend.

Only feedback is there weren’t sufficient supplies like candles, flashlights and drinking water stored in the house in case of a power outage. Also note that power usage costs were charged on checkout separately to overall airbnb fees, as well as a deposit (returned to us) on check in which we needed cash for. These charges were not expensive but unexpected.Location is beautiful but definitely need to rely on transport like renting a scooter, car or catching a grab to get around as main roads nearby do not have sidewalks. Usually we would walk to the nearest main road then get a car, or order a grab scooter to pick us up from the top of the hill. Overall we had a great time on the island and at the villa, thank you!

For us he was more than welcome but I could understand without any information of it, that someone would be not okay with it. We left the air con running while we were out, didn’t really think much of it. But then had a huge electric bill of £55 for 4 days. Our own fault, and understand power is expensive. We had a great time... read more staying here and the host was very helpful since we landed in Thailand. It might sometimes require a hike to get to the house so if you can drive or ride a motorcycle that will be good because except for the taxi driver that works for S&P Ayanna villa other taxi men will not want to come up there haha. But anyway this stay was part of why my stay in Koh Samui was a great experience. I will definitely choose it again 👍
