The villa is perfect for gatherings due to the amount of space and furniture provided.Larger cars may struggle to park inside the villa garage but there is a big piece of land to park at near the villa.

The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. Besonders John war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Samui gegeben!Leider war jedoch das freischwebende Netz gerade nicht begehbar und die Unterkunft ist sehr hoch auf einem Berg gelegen. Wir sind keine erfahrenen Fahrer und haben uns deshalb nicht getraut, selbst mit einem Roller oder Auto den Hügel zu fahren. Darum sind wir regelmäßig mit Fahrdiensten gefahren. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus und absolut empfehlenswert!

  The location was nice and the host was responsive and polite. We did have several issues. In spite of the fact that we paid the cleaning fee, the house wasn't... read more clean. There was mouse poop under the beds, the sheets were stained, the mirrors dirty. The bathroom amenities weren't stocked in every bathroom. Only one had both shampoo and shower gel filled. We had to sign a contract with a bunch of rules, which said that we had to clean the house, take off the bedding, fold them and the towels, throw out the trash and empty the fridge. I understand about the trash but the bedding seemed like too much to ask. For the price we paid, they should have provided some kind of service, but we got chores instead.

  The villa was beautiful, exceptionally clean and as described. The beach was a 30 second walk and pool was lovely. Would highly recommend and come back!
