The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. It might sometimes require a hike to get to the house so if you can drive or ride a motorcycle that will be good because except for the taxi driver that works for S&P Ayanna villa other taxi men will not want to come up there haha. For us he was more than welcome but I could understand without any information of it, that someone would be not okay with it. There was mouse poop under the beds, the sheets were stained, the mirrors dirty. The bathroom amenities weren't stocked in every bathroom. Only one had both shampoo and shower gel filled. We had to sign a contract with a bunch of rules, which said that we had to clean the house, take off the bedding, fold them and the towels, throw out the trash and empty the fridge. I understand about the trash but the bedding seemed like too much to ask. For the price we paid, they should have provided some kind of service, but we got chores instead.

  All around excellent stay. Easy check-in, Alex was extremely responsive whenever needed, phenomenal location, extremely clean, and a completely surreal view.
