Ils sont facilement louables dans la grande rue la plus proche pour 200 bahts par jour.Un point negatif qui m a embete est que toutes les fenetres ne ferment pas et le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas et n est pas fixe. En clair, pas super safe de laisser ses affaires là meme si je ne pense pas qu il y ait bcp de criminalite a Koh Samui. Personnellement cela me donnait quand meme un sentiment d insecurite surtout la nuit. Sinon, si vous voulez profiter d une villa privee avec piscine sans decouvrir le reste de l ile, c est vraiment tres bien!

The view is stunning! Unblocked view, very private. The villa is very clean, very spacious! My little one had so much space to run and play safely in the villa. Extremely worth the money paid. We really love the pool. It’s like an infinity pool with such a stunning view. The pool water is surprisingly not cold at night & the lights are auto switched on. Maybe there’s a water heater too? I’m not sure but we swam every night, it was really fun. We had a driver most days so going to the main area was easy. There are no shops nearby as the villa is on the hill but it’s so easy to just order food/ etc through grab.100% recommend!!!!!!

Die zwei Mängel, die wir entdeckt hatten, wurden von Alex sofort... read more behoben. Die Aussicht von der Villa ist phänomenal, aber durch die erhöhte Lage ist man immer auf ein Taxi angewiesen. Auch der Check-Out war einfach und angenehm. Zu beachten ist aber, dass die Stromkosten des Aufenthalts am Schluss noch bezahlt werden müssen. Zusammenfassend war unser Aufenthalt eine super Erfahrung.

Our first night, electricity and water in the main house went out at 3 AM, and this... read more happened every single night after. The host and house help never answered our calls. We were told it was due to government shutoffs, but there was no bad weather, and strangely only the main house was affected while other areas worked fine. To make things worse, we were charged daily for electricity we never got, told we left the house “dirty” despite a free cleaning being included, and on checkout the house help arrived late with our airport ride so we couldn’t argue for our deposit. Thankfully Airbnb support helped refund part of our money, but this was by far the worst Airbnb we’ve ever booked. Avoid this property if you want peace of mind.In terms of location the house is also situated in a steep hill but grab was still more convenient than we thought. And there are lizards and frogs everywhere, if that’s a concern.

Allgemein hätte ich mir für den Preis eine besser ausgestattetes Badezimmer gewünscht - unser Handtuchhalter lag kaputt in der Lade. Der Klodeckel war gesprungen und entsprechend abgenutzt. Auch Reste von Zahnpasta von den Vorgängern war noch zu sehen. Leider hatte auch unser Bettlaken massive Flecken, weshalb wir die Bettwäsche nochmal selbst umgezogen haben. Was mir - bis vor der Anreise - nicht bewusst war, dass wir Strom noch extra zu zahlen hatten - waren zwar nur 52€ aber für 5 Tage doch sehr saftig.

Besonders John war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Samui gegeben!Leider war jedoch das freischwebende Netz gerade nicht begehbar und die Unterkunft ist sehr hoch auf einem Berg gelegen. Wir sind keine erfahrenen Fahrer und haben uns deshalb nicht getraut, selbst mit einem Roller oder Auto den Hügel zu fahren. Darum sind wir regelmäßig mit Fahrdiensten gefahren. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus und absolut empfehlenswert!

Only feedback is there weren’t sufficient supplies like candles, flashlights and drinking water stored in the house in case of a power outage. Also note that power usage costs were charged on checkout separately to overall airbnb fees, as well as a deposit (returned to us) on check in which we needed cash for. These charges were not expensive but unexpected.Location is beautiful but definitely need to rely on transport like renting a scooter, car or catching a grab to get around as main roads nearby do not have sidewalks. Usually we would walk to the nearest main road then get a car, or order a grab scooter to pick us up from the top of the hill. Overall we had a great time on the island and at the villa, thank you!

  非常新非常乾淨的villa ; 泳池非常棒很乾淨。Alex 接待很不錯，雖然最後一天有一點小意外但處理很快。以供參考我們2人入住5天4夜 用電收費大概是1000 泰幣以內。 唯一缺點是住宿點不方便行走，建議租機車或汽車代步，這些都可以找Alex 處理，收費也很合理
