Quelques soucis et besoin d’amélioration dans la maison,... read more nous avions une chambre totalement hors service (problème de climatisation qui n’aura pas été réglé à temps), problème de toilettes également dans une des chambres. Coupure d’électricité également le dernier soir, il aura fallu uniquement remonter le disjoncteur. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt correct et le rapport qualité/prix également.

  Locatie was prima voor ons voordat we naar de luchthaven gingen. Levendige omgeving met restaurants en winkeltjes in de omgeving. Ook een beachclub p 50 meter afstand. Wel een hard bed!

The view is stunning! Unblocked view, very private. The villa is very clean, very spacious! My little one had so much space to run and play safely in the villa. Extremely worth the money paid. We really love the pool. It’s like an infinity pool with such a stunning view. The pool water is surprisingly not cold at night & the lights are auto switched on. Maybe there’s a water heater too? I’m not sure but we swam every night, it was really fun. We had a driver most days so going to the main area was easy. There are no shops nearby as the villa is on the hill but it’s so easy to just order food/ etc through grab.100% recommend!!!!!!

Watching the sunset over the pool while planes flew past was absolutely serene.If I had to nitpick, there was a mild smell in the main bedroom’s bathroom at night, and some privacy concerns since the bathroom faces the ocean without blinds — adding those would make it perfect.Overall, an amazing experience with wonderful hosts — would definitely recommend Villa Ayana for a peaceful and picturesque stay in Koh Samui.

Pool and jacuzzi are just great addition to this stunning place.On the slightly negative side, location of the villa is not very accessible. If you are not on the bike, you have to get 4x4 car and be very very skilled driver to navigate and turn around on the extreme inclines. There is no proper turn around spot near the villa and it can get very tricky to get out of it.

There was mouse poop under the beds, the sheets were stained, the mirrors dirty. The bathroom amenities weren't stocked in every bathroom. Only one had both shampoo and shower gel filled. We had to sign a contract with a bunch of rules, which said that we had to clean the house, take off the bedding, fold them and the towels, throw out the trash and empty the fridge. I understand about the trash but the bedding seemed like too much to ask. For the price we paid, they should have provided some kind of service, but we got chores instead.

  非常棒的海景别墅、270度的海景，让人感觉住进了海里。被海包裹的感觉，开心且惬意别墅的设施很不错。无边泳池、冲浪池、烧烤架一应俱全，床上用品也非常干净。Alex和Joy非常热情。乐于解决我们在别墅中遇到的各种问题，响应非常迅速。Alex还在我们check out时帮我们提行李（2个很重的箱子），对此我非常感谢。唯一的小缺憾是到别墅的上路过于陡峭，grab上的司机不愿意开上来。我们很幸运的认识了周围的一个邻居，他带我们去山下的各个景点和餐馆，仅收我们非常低的价格。如果足够勇敢，租大排量的摩托车将会是非常好的选择

The location is remote, about 40 minutes from most places of interest.... read more The host was unresponsive — one morning, pest control workers entered without notice and sprayed chemicals while I was asleep, leaving a strong smell that made it hard to breathe. My messages about it were read but ignored until check-out. No cleaning was provided during the week. At check-out, the host delayed returning the deposit, only doing so after my complaints. Although the house is near the beach, the water is dirty due to nearby ports, and the beach itself is too unclean for swimming or sunbathing. The place has potential but needs better communication, transparency, and maintenance.

The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. Overall, such a great stay and would recommend.
