In order to guarantee a serious rental, we will ask you for a deposit when you arrive at the villa. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay deducted from electricity costs.

We require the collection of passport details of all tenants as per law of immigration requirements, where you will be registered at the TM30 immigration system
Please note: If the tenants are failing to leave the villa in a properly kept shape upon check out will result in a deep cleaning fee of THB 3000.
Tenants will be held fully responsible for any charges resulting from damages caused during the stay
