  Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen und macht einen authentischen Eindruck. Das Nötigste ist zufinden, wichtig ist nur, dass man einen guten Roller (empfehle alleine mind. 150cc, zu zweit 300cc) oder... read more einen 4x4 hat, da die Strasse effektiv sehr steil ist und man mit normalen Transportmitteln schlecht dort hoch kommt. So klappt es locker und einwandfrei. Die Villa finden wir sehr sauber und es ist eine Wohnung am Hang. Daher, Treppenlaufen gehört dazu und ein offenener Bereich draussen kann Insekten / Tiere anziehen. Aber das ist Thailand, auch hier findet man lockere Lösungen.

There was mouse poop under the beds, the sheets were stained, the mirrors dirty. The bathroom amenities weren't stocked in every bathroom. Only one had both shampoo and shower gel filled. We had to sign a contract with a bunch of rules, which said that we had to clean the house, take off the bedding, fold them and the towels, throw out the trash and empty the fridge. I understand about the trash but the bedding seemed like too much to ask. For the price we paid, they should have provided some kind of service, but we got chores instead.

Only feedback is there weren’t sufficient supplies like candles, flashlights and drinking water stored in the house in case of a power outage. Also note that power usage costs were charged on checkout separately to overall airbnb fees, as well as a deposit (returned to us) on check in which we needed cash for. These charges were not expensive but unexpected.Location is beautiful but definitely need to rely on transport like renting a scooter, car or catching a grab to get around as main roads nearby do not have sidewalks. Usually we would walk to the nearest main road then get a car, or order a grab scooter to pick us up from the top of the hill. Overall we had a great time on the island and at the villa, thank you!

Einen Roller konnten wir ebenfalls direkt über die Unterkunft mieten, so dass wir diesen direkt an das Haus geliefert bekommen haben und auch wieder abholen lassen konnten. Der Ausblick von den Zimmern, den Terrassen und vom Pool ist ebenfalls sensationell. Wer auf der Suche nach einer gehobenen Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick ist, ist hier genau richtig.

The location is remote, about 40 minutes from most places of interest.... read more The host was unresponsive — one morning, pest control workers entered without notice and sprayed chemicals while I was asleep, leaving a strong smell that made it hard to breathe. My messages about it were read but ignored until check-out. No cleaning was provided during the week. At check-out, the host delayed returning the deposit, only doing so after my complaints. Although the house is near the beach, the water is dirty due to nearby ports, and the beach itself is too unclean for swimming or sunbathing. The place has potential but needs better communication, transparency, and maintenance.

The amenities are great too, didn’t have to ask for anything and all is good quality within the house. Alex was excellent in sorting the hire car out for me. Very helpful throughout. I would recommend this to anyone, and if I come back to Samui, I would not stay anywhere else.Only tip I’ll give, and this isn’t a slight on the house or host. We left the air con running while we were out, didn’t really think much of it. But then had a huge electric bill of £55 for 4 days. Our own fault, and understand power is expensive. So if you do stay, just be power conscious and have the air on off when not there. Really loved this house so much, so happy we booked it

Alexandre and... read more his team were so responsive and helpful, and we were very well taken care of during our stay. The only downside of the property is that is on top of a very steep hill - not easily accessible by motorbike if you're not a confident driver and some taxis would not come to the top, however there were many that also did. Overall, such a great stay and would recommend.
