There’s a cheap and delicious local Thai restaurant within the alleyway with friendly staff (Walking distance). The villa is perfect for gatherings due to the amount of space and furniture provided.Larger cars may struggle to park inside the villa garage but there is a big piece of land to park at near the villa.

  My stay, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. The security deposit was not mentioned before check-in, which was inconvenient. The location is remote, about 40 minutes from most places of interest.... read more The host was unresponsive — one morning, pest control workers entered without notice and sprayed chemicals while I was asleep, leaving a strong smell that made it hard to breathe. My messages about it were read but ignored until check-out. No cleaning was provided during the week. At check-out, the host delayed returning the deposit, only doing so after my complaints. Although the house is near the beach, the water is dirty due to nearby ports, and the beach itself is too unclean for swimming or sunbathing. The place has potential but needs better communication, transparency, and maintenance.

We wanted to rent a bike and the host was brilliant... read more at recommending a company to hire from, only small issue was the listing advertised a washing machine but after arriving we discovered there was not one, but this was only a small problem as the host was able to reccomend a local laundromat. we enjoyed our stay so much we booked another 2 days! Ils sont facilement louables dans la grande rue la plus proche pour 200 bahts par jour.Un point negatif qui m a embete est que toutes les fenetres ne ferment pas et le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas et n est pas fixe. En clair, pas super safe de laisser ses affaires là meme si je ne pense pas qu il y ait bcp de criminalite a Koh Samui. Personnellement cela me donnait quand meme un sentiment d insecurite surtout la nuit. Sinon, si vous voulez profiter d une villa privee avec piscine sans decouvrir le reste de l ile, c est vraiment tres bien!

Coupure d’électricité également le dernier soir, il aura fallu uniquement remonter le disjoncteur. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt correct et le rapport qualité/prix également.
