En clair, pas super safe de laisser ses affaires là meme si je ne pense pas qu il y ait bcp de criminalite a Koh Samui. Personnellement cela me donnait quand meme un sentiment d insecurite surtout la nuit. Sinon, si vous voulez profiter d une villa privee avec piscine sans decouvrir le reste de l ile, c est vraiment tres bien!

The view is stunning! Unblocked view, very private. The villa is very clean, very spacious! My little one had so much space to run and play safely in the villa. Extremely worth the money paid. We really love the pool. It’s like an infinity pool with such a stunning view. The pool water is surprisingly not cold at night & the lights are auto switched on. Maybe there’s a water heater too? I’m not sure but we swam every night, it was really fun. We had a driver most days so going to the main area was easy. There are no shops nearby as the villa is on the hill but it’s so easy to just order food/ etc through grab.100% recommend!!!!!!

Only feedback is there weren’t sufficient supplies like candles, flashlights and drinking water stored in the house in case of a power outage. Also note that power usage costs were charged on checkout separately to overall airbnb fees, as well as a deposit (returned to us) on check in which we needed cash for. These charges were not expensive but unexpected.Location is beautiful but definitely need to rely on transport like renting a scooter, car or catching a grab to get around as main roads nearby do not have sidewalks. Usually we would walk to the nearest main road then get a car, or order a grab scooter to pick us up from the top of the hill. Overall we had a great time on the island and at the villa, thank you!

  Alexandre greeted us very warmly and quickly showed us the house. We didn't miss anything. The house is worth the price and the view is amazing.

For us he was more than welcome but I could understand without any information of it, that someone would be not okay with it.   My stay, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. The security deposit was not mentioned before check-in, which was inconvenient. The location is remote, about 40 minutes from most places of interest.... read more The host was unresponsive — one morning, pest control workers entered without notice and sprayed chemicals while I was asleep, leaving a strong smell that made it hard to breathe. My messages about it were read but ignored until check-out. No cleaning was provided during the week. At check-out, the host delayed returning the deposit, only doing so after my complaints. Although the house is near the beach, the water is dirty due to nearby ports, and the beach itself is too unclean for swimming or sunbathing. The place has potential but needs better communication, transparency, and maintenance.

  The villa was beautiful, exceptionally clean and as described. The beach was a 30 second walk and pool was lovely. Would highly recommend and come back!
