For us he was more than welcome but I could understand without any information of it, that someone would be not okay with it.   Very new and clean villa at Mae nam. Ideal location for going out to places since it’s near town/civilization. Very quiet and peaceful. There’s a cheap and delicious local Thai restaurant within the alleyway with friendly staff (Walking distance). The villa is perfect for gatherings due to the amount of space and furniture provided.Larger cars may struggle to park inside the villa garage but there is a big piece of land to park at near the villa.
