  All around excellent stay. Easy check-in, Alex was extremely responsive whenever needed, phenomenal location, extremely clean, and a completely surreal view.

It might sometimes require a hike to get to the house so if you can drive or ride a motorcycle that will be good because except for the taxi driver that works for S&P Ayanna villa other taxi men will not want to come up there haha. But anyway this stay was part of why my stay in Koh Samui was a great experience. I will definitely choose it again 👍

If you are not on the bike, you have to get 4x4 car and be very very skilled driver to navigate and turn around on the extreme inclines. Die Unterkunft war... read more leider nicht ganz so gut geputzt worden, wie wir uns es gewünscht hätten und aufgrund des tollen Ausblicks war die Villa natürlich nur mit einem speziellen Taxi gut erreichbar, da die Anfahrt sehr steil ist. Zudem war uns nicht bewusst, dass das Bad bei zwei Schlafzimmern eine offene Seite ins Freien hatte, wodurch Hitze und Tiere im Badezimmer nicht zu vermeiden waren.Alex war ein toller Gastgeber und super freundlich. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und einen flexiblen Check in und Check out für uns ermöglicht. Er hat uns zudem ein Taxiservice und Lieferdienste empfohlen, welche die Villa gut erreichen.

There was mouse poop under the beds, the sheets were stained, the mirrors dirty. The bathroom amenities weren't stocked in every bathroom. Only one had both shampoo and shower gel filled. We had to sign a contract with a bunch of rules, which said that we had to clean the house, take off the bedding, fold them and the towels, throw out the trash and empty the fridge. I understand about the trash but the bedding seemed like too much to ask. For the price we paid, they should have provided some kind of service, but we got chores instead.

We were told it was due to government shutoffs, but there was no bad weather, and strangely only the main house was affected while other areas worked fine. To make things worse, we were charged daily for electricity we never got, told we left the house “dirty” despite a free cleaning being included, and on checkout the house help arrived late with our airport ride so we couldn’t argue for our deposit. Thankfully Airbnb support helped refund part of our money, but this was by far the worst Airbnb we’ve ever booked. Avoid this property if you want peace of mind.In terms of location the house is also situated in a steep hill but grab was still more convenient than we thought. And there are lizards and frogs everywhere, if that’s a concern.

  非常棒的海景别墅、270度的海景，让人感觉住进了海里。被海包裹的感觉，开心且惬意别墅的设施很不错。无边泳池、冲浪池、烧烤架一应俱全，床上用品也非常干净。Alex和Joy非常热情。乐于解决我们在别墅中遇到的各种问题，响应非常迅速。Alex还在我们check out时帮我们提行李（2个很重的箱子），对此我非常感谢。唯一的小缺憾是到别墅的上路过于陡峭，grab上的司机不愿意开上来。我们很幸运的认识了周围的一个邻居，他带我们去山下的各个景点和餐馆，仅收我们非常低的价格。如果足够勇敢，租大排量的摩托车将会是非常好的选择

Besonders John war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Samui gegeben!Leider war jedoch das freischwebende Netz gerade nicht begehbar und die Unterkunft ist sehr hoch auf einem Berg gelegen. Wir sind keine erfahrenen Fahrer und haben uns deshalb nicht getraut, selbst mit einem Roller oder Auto den Hügel zu fahren. Darum sind wir regelmäßig mit Fahrdiensten gefahren. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus und absolut empfehlenswert!
